As an Associate Contract Specialist in Global Procurement, your primary role will be to support the contract management team in India and the US. You will work closely with the team to implement the lifecycle of procurement contracts, including reading, drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts across various categories such as Technology, Shared Services, Hotels, Airport Services, etc. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that contracts and documentation are organized and uploaded, as well as implementing automation where needed. Key Responsibilities: - Read and negotiate procurement contracts to meet company objectives and legal requirements - Support risk mitigation in supplier contracts and partnerships - Foster cooperation and communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers - Proactively communicate to resolve procurement-related issues - Manage supplier risk and ensure contract compliance across all contracts This position is offered on local terms and conditions. You will drive supplier selection by conducting robust qualification processes.
