Role & responsibilities Perform supplier audits, identify non-conformity and work with suppliers to provide corrective action plans. Ensure supplier materials and products meet company standards through inspection and testing. Investigate and resolve supplier complaints regarding quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for quality-related issues. Monitor supplier progress and provide regular status reports of supplier performance. Develop and conduct supplier quality training for internal departments and external suppliers.
