Supervisor - Reconciliations

You will be part of a market leader, Citco, which has been the front-runner since its inception in 1948. Your role will involve supervising a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, supporting them and your Manager in servicing clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective work. You will work with your team and clients to capture and manage risks on positions and activity, monitor regular break resolution, and ensure best practice protocols are consistently applied. Additionally, you will be a subject matter expert on Reconciliation processes and systems, coach and develop staff, and support client conversions and migrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts - Ensure effective team performance and troubleshoot technical issues - Capture and manage risks on positions and activity - Monitor regular break resolution and ensure best practice protocols - Be a subject matter expert on Reconciliation processes and systems - Support client conversions and migrations - Coach and develop staff **Qualifications:** - Bachelor or Master level degree - 4+ years in Financial Services - Product knowledge in Domestic, Global, and OTC security markets, Fixed Income, and derivative products - Advanced skills in MS Excel - Strong customer relationship management - Strong analytical skills - Experience supervising/coaching staff - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds - Professional accounting designation is an asset In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment, Citco offers a range of benefits, training and education support, and flexible working arrangements to help you achieve success in your career while balancing personal needs.
