Supervisor / Quality

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the Coir and Floor Covering industry, which will be considered an advantage. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team, ensuring the production and quality of products, managing stock and inventory, as well as planning and utilizing manpower effectively. Additionally, you will need to prepare reports to track and analyze various aspects of the operations. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the possibility of performance bonuses based on your achievements. The preferred candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the coir floor covering industry. You should be willing to work either day shift or night shift as per the requirements of the role. The work location will be in person, requiring your physical presence at the designated workplace.,
