Supervisor / Quality

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have experience in the Coir and Floor Covering industry, which will be an advantage for you. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the team to ensure efficient operations. - Overseeing production, maintaining quality standards for products, and managing stock/inventory effectively. - Planning and utilizing manpower efficiently to meet production targets. - Generating and analyzing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. In addition to the key responsibilities, the following qualifications are preferred for this position: - Total work experience of 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years in the coir floor covering industry. - Availability for both day and night shifts is preferred.
