We are seeking a Supervisor-Open Ended Integration to lead our integration initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in integration management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive team performance. Responsibilities Oversee the open-ended integration processes within the team. Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding integration status. Develop and implement integration strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze integration performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members in integration tasks and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in integration efforts. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in integration management or a similar role. Strong understanding of integration frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Experience with API integration and data exchange protocols. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting.
