Supervisor

Mainwire Outsource Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on an outsourced basis for Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL).
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Supervisor to oversee Asset Management Services at the assigned location. This includes supervision of Housekeeping, Mail Management, and other facility-related operations as per the instructions of the Engineer In Charge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Oversee and coordinate mailroom activities and timely dispatch/receipt of correspondence.
• Manage manpower deployment, duty rosters, and shift allocations effectively.
• Ensure proper usage and regular maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client directions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Engineer In Charge.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues or client complaints promptly.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of ground-level staff.
• Assist in inventory and asset tracking related to facility management operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass with 1–2 years of proven supervisory experience, preferably in housekeeping/facility services.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage both team and client expectations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting formats) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
