Supervisor - Machine Shop Maintenance

You should have a hands-on experience in maintenance for heavy-duty CNC machines such as Juaristi (HBM), HNK (VTL & VTC), Goratu TMC & HTL, Radial drill, VMC, and Universal drill machines. Additionally, you must possess experience in working with Fanuc CNC panel, servo motor, and servo drives. It is essential to have expertise in handling preventive and breakdown maintenance during shifts. Knowledge of SAP / ERP for material requisition and purchase indent is required. As a Supervisor - Machine Shop Maintenance, you will be responsible for the maintenance of HT, LT panels, material handling equipment like EOT & Wall traveling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers, Genie, and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters. You should also be proficient in maintaining Utilities equipment such as compressors, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines, etc. A good working knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS, and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, and 5S is expected from the ideal candidate. Moreover, familiarity with electrical equipment like multimeter, clamp meter, earth tester, megger, etc., is essential for this role.,
