Supervisor

We have an immediate requirement of Supervisor at Jagbalpur ,Chhattisgarh .

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Or B.com/BBA.
• Experience: 3-6 years.
• Gender : Male.
• Salary: 30000-35000/-

Job Description:

• Assist in supervising employees, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews. May also be involved in the hiring and training of new staff.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task delegation. May be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management, communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth operations.
• Manage schedules, maintain records, and handle administrative duties as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and management.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
