Role Overview: Seeking a supervisor with 4 and 5 years of experience in team handling and graphic designing. Job involves supervising a team of designers, providing support and guidance, and ensuring projects are completed and delivered successfully. Experience in Adobe applications, along with strong leadership and communication skills, are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead Team and Assign the tasks: Supervise and guide a team of employees to ensure they work together effectively. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload. Offer assistance and support to team members as needed to help them succeed. Monitor Progress: Keep track of the team's progress on projects and tasks to ensure they are completed on time. Address Issues: Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and work to resolve them. Qualifications: Leadership Skills: Should have the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members to provide guidance and feedback. Adobe Applications Experience : Have experience using Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to identify problems and find solutions to overcome them. Organization: Be well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
