Supervising Associate - Digital Content

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join EY GDS Content Center of Excellence as a Supervising Associate - Digital Content. In this role, you will work with the Modern SharePoint Content Migration team to deliver strategically sound, user-centric content. Your responsibilities will involve editing content, repurposing content to meet readers" needs, optimizing site pages, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with EY's purpose and editorial strategy - Repurpose content to meet readership needs - Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content - Collaborate with teams to optimize site pages, migration processes, and analytics - Develop content guidelines in collaboration with the EY Brand, Marketing, and Communications team - Map content to user journey to identify gaps and address needs - Advocate for best practices in technology content marketing Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication - Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Modern SharePoint - At least 8-9 years of relevant experience - Ideally, experience in creative agency, advertising, or Big Four - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Modern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft OneDrive - Knowledge of Project Management tools and methods Additional Company Details (if applicable): At EY, you will be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network that spans across six locations.
