Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert (Marketing) located in Coimbatore. The Subject Matter Expert (Marketing) will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communication with team members and clients, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the sales team to increase the company's market reach and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Able to develop curriculum, train the trainers and manage stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• MBA is mandatory for the role.
• Strong knowledge and interest in Digital marketing/E-com will be added advantage
