Key Responsibilities: - Work in an agile pod with self-regulated teamwork, collaborating directly with customers to provide solutions and suggest tools and technologies that best match their requirements. - Determine whether technical solutions meet project requirements and set up guidelines for the best architectural practices. - Provide subject expertise and guidance to architects, leads, and engineers throughout the software development life cycle. - Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements. - Influence and lead multiple teams to achieve their goals, formulating and executing strategic measures for team success. - Play a solution owner role, define technical profiles, performance standards, and training standards. - Manage and lead the SAP practice, including talent discovery, retention, reskilling, and upskilling. - Conduct technical design reviews, code review audits, and performance assessments for the team. - Stay current on SAP technology trends, advise on strategic initiatives, and optimize financial processes to drive business value. - Collaborate with clients on technology solutions, best practices, timelines, and execution. - Lead a larger team, hire, mentor, and handle a team of engineers and architects. - Solution planning and estimations experience, extensive solutioning of Enterprise Applications. - Drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC and high collaboration with stakeholders and clients. - Work on proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and create multi-driven roadmaps for projects. - Rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies. - Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 14 years of experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise SAP solutions. - Experience in implementing SAP solutions for financial processes, including SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Expertise in SAP Finance modules like FI, CO, AA, Treasury, and Risk Management. - Leading and supporting SAP Finance projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. - Ability to provide training and support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Finance solutions. - Excellent managerial and supervisory skills, and verbal and written communication.
