Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Chemistry and Physics, you will be responsible for developing high-quality digital content for classes 6-12. Your role will involve collaborating with the content development team to ensure that the educational material meets the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include aligning digital content with curriculum standards and learning objectives specified for classes 6-12. You will be tasked with developing engaging and interactive digital content covering various topics in mathematics, including concept explanations, examples, illustrations, and practice exercises. Quality assurance will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will be required to conduct thorough reviews and validations of content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational standards and guidelines. Additionally, you will need to apply pedagogical principles and instructional design best practices to create content that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding among students. Innovation will also be a key focus area, where you will explore innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of digital learning materials. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers, will be essential to seamlessly integrate content into digital learning platforms. Feedback integration will be another important aspect of your role, as you gather and incorporate feedback from educators, students, and other stakeholders to continuously improve and refine digital content. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance, insights, and support to internal teams on mathematics-related content and pedagogy. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a related field, with a Master's degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as a Physics, Chemistry Teacher, or Curriculum Developer, preferably in a K-12 educational setting, will be beneficial. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational frameworks for mathematics at the school level is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content development and delivery is a must. A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also desired qualities. A collaborative mindset is important for effective teamwork in this role.,
