Job Description

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Australia payroll processes, compliance, and full employee lifecycle management. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. Manage new hires and PAN changes in the payroll system. Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes and procedures. Handle termination processing, variance reports, payroll checking, and client management . Review payroll administration, records of employment, and monthly reporting . Demonstrated expertise in payroll functional knowledge, process improvement, and problem-solving . Manage generic mailboxes and respond to payroll queries. Strong proficiency in Excel formulas for payroll analysis and reporting. Assist the GL (General Ledger) team with payroll-related reconciliations. Work Experience: 710 years of experience in payroll processing, specifically for the Australia region . Work Mode: Hybrid Work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). Shift Timings: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM (Cab facility provided). Would you like any additional details or modifications
