Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of technical sales professionals to partner with clients, co-create use-case-specific solutions, and address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with IBM, client, and partner sales teams to design and deliver prototypes that drive transformative, value-added outcomes.
Maximize the use of IBM Technology Sales resources, including Client Engineering, 3rd party partners, and Customer Success Management teams.
Understand customer requirements and provide optimal solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 solutions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, candor, and continuous learning within the team.
Contribute to HR transformation programs and support cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.
