Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit, write, and publish news and feature articles with accuracy, clarity, and speed.
• Ensure all content is free from grammatical and factual errors.
• Create engaging headlines and adhere to SEO and taxonomy guidelines.
• Track, identify, and follow up on major news stories in international and domestic cricket.
• Curate and manage Cricbuzz pages across the website and mobile apps.
• Share and promote content effectively on social media in alignment with company policies.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong command of written English and copywriting.
• Deep knowledge of cricket – international, domestic, and T20 leagues.
• Proven ability in newsgathering, subediting, and content curation.
• Awareness of the latest trends and best practices across digital and social media.

Good to Have:

• Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing.
• Basic video editing skills for creating engaging social media clips.
