Subcontractor- Peoplesoft Admin

As a Peoplesoft Administrator, your primary role is to manage and optimize the performance of Peoplesoft applications. This includes handling PeopleSoft Tools installation and upgrade activities, as well as providing access to various stakeholders based on their roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Administering and maintaining the Peoplesoft application environment for PeopleSoft Tools upgrades - Managing user access and security roles within Peoplesoft to ensure compliance with internal policies - Collaborating with development teams to support customizations and enhancements to the Peoplesoft applications - Conducting regular backup and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity - Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders as needed To excel in this role, you must possess: - Strong understanding of Peoplesoft architecture, modules, and tools - Experience with SQL and database management, particularly Oracle or MS SQL Server - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues Additionally, your technical skills and relevant technologies should include: - Experience in PeopleTools Upgrade activities - Proficiency in Peoplesoft application administration and support - Strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis - Experience with application servers, web servers, and database environments With 3-5 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft administration, you are well-equipped to succeed in this role.,
