Job Description

SAP ILM:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data management policies.
Design and implement SAP ILM solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations.
Configure SAP ILM functionalities including retention rules, data archiving, data masking, and data deletion.
Develop and execute data retention and deletion strategies to optimize storage utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide expertise in data privacy and protection by implementing SAP ILM features such as data masking and pseudonymization.
Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP ILM solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP ILM functionalities.
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for SAP ILM environments.
Stay updated with the latest SAP ILM features, best practices, and industry trends.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities.
