Sub Editor cum Reporter

Your role will involve reporting to the Assistant Editor / Executive / Managing Editor and engaging in reporting tasks both in the field and at the desk. This will include interviewing industry leaders, rewriting articles, writing fresh content, and creating feature articles based on interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring pages are produced in line with the requirements of the Asst. Editor / Executive Editors, and coordinating with designers / DTP operators to facilitate a smooth production process. Key Responsibilities: - Report to the Assistant Editor / Executive / Managing Editor - Conduct interviews with industry leaders - Rewrite articles and write new content - Create feature articles based on interviews - Ensure pages are produced as per editorial requirements - Collaborate with designers / DTP operators for error-free production Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an English publication, or a grade lower - Total industry experience of 4-5 years - Preference for candidates with experience in a B-2-B publication, particularly in the Construction / Infrastructure Industry - Strong job proficiency and commitment are essential; candidates seeking a quick fix need not apply,
