Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Styling & Merchandising Intern to join our team. The role will involve trend research, managing inventory, styling for shoots, and ensuring smooth merchandising operations across our stores and online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Trend Analysis & Market Research Research fashion trends and customer insights to help curate a stylish and relevant inventory.

Inventory Addition Support sourcing and addition of new outfits, ensuring accurate documentation and categorization.

Catalogue Management (Website) Publish and update outfits on the website with correct descriptions, images, and styling notes.

Logistics Management Coordinate outfit movement between stores, warehouses, and customers for smooth operations.

Quality Control Conduct thorough checks on outfits during receiving, dispatch, and return to maintain premium quality standards.

Planning & Styling Shoots Assist in planning and styling for photo/video shoots, collaborating with models, photographers, and makeup artists.

Overall Metrics Track outfit performance, rental cycles, and styling effectiveness to provide data-driven inputs for process improvement.

Requirements

Strong passion for fashion, styling, and sustainability.

Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.

Familiarity with e-commerce/catalogue management is a plus.

Prior experience or coursework in fashion, merchandising, or styling (preferred but not mandatory).
