Role Overview: As a Student Relations Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad. Your role involves providing guidance, support, and resources throughout their application and admission process. Building strong relationships with students, ensuring an excellent service experience, and maintaining high conversion rates for enrollment are key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students on available study abroad programs, universities, and career opportunities. - Address inquiries through emails, calls, and face-to-face/virtual consultations. - Guide students through application procedures, documentation, and admission requirements. - Assist with SOPs, essays, and interview preparation for university admissions. - Help students in visa application processes and related formalities. - Maintain continuous communication with students to address concerns and provide updates on application status. - Build and nurture relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals. - Provide information on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and other funding options. - Share updates on university admission deadlines and changing requirements. - Liaise with internal teams, partner universities, and immigration consultants for smooth processing. - Maintain accurate records of student profiles, communications, and progress. - Prepare regular reports on leads, enrollments, and feedback. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of study abroad programs and admission processes. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Experience in student counseling or related field preferred. Note: The Job Type for this position is Full-time with a Day shift schedule. One year of total work experience is preferred. The work location is in person.
