About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Study Abroad Advisor to guide students through their international education journey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and prior experience managing client interactions, even if it is from industries outside education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding overseas education options (courses, universities, countries, eligibility, and career pathways).
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable destinations based on academic background, budget, and career goals.
• Manage the full student journey: application, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with institutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
• Explain visa processes, timelines, and requirements.
• Achieve monthly student conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM/Excel.
• Participate in events, seminars, and marketing activities when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in client relations, customer service, sales, counselling, or any customer-facing role (any industry).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in education, counselling, sales, or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory).
• Positive attitude and a student-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
