Studio Photographer / Dataset Creator

We're looking for a technically minded and solution-oriented photographer to help us create high-quality product datasets for AI training.

This role is less about having an artistic eye and more about understanding process, consistency, and problem-solving in a studio environment.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up and shooting products in a controlled studio environment
• Managing lighting setups flashes, softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers
• Ensuring consistent image quality, framing, and exposure across large batches of images
• Handling file organisation, naming, and tagging as part of the dataset workflow
• Troubleshooting technical issues (camera sync, lighting, colour, etc.)
• Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflows and smooth handovers

What you bring

• Solid understanding of studio lighting and camera systems
• Familiarity with colour balance, exposure control, and image consistency
• Experience with Lightroom, Capture One, or similar software
• Systematic and Structured approach to file management and process documentation
• Basic understanding (or curiosity) about AI and how training data is used
• A problem-solving mindset calm under pressure and resourceful when things don't go as planned
• Flexibility and a practical approach to production challenges
