We’re looking for a technically minded and solution-oriented photographer to help us create high-quality product datasets for AI training. This role is less about having an artistic eye and more about understanding process, consistency, and problem-solving in a studio environment. What you’ll be doing Setting up and shooting products in a controlled studio environment Managing lighting setups — flashes, softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers Ensuring consistent image quality, framing, and exposure across large batches of images Handling file organisation, naming, and tagging as part of the dataset workflow Troubleshooting technical issues (camera sync, lighting, colour, etc.) Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflows and smooth handovers What you bring Solid understanding of studio lighting and camera systems Familiarity with colour balance, exposure control, and image consistency Experience with Lightroom, Capture One, or similar software Systematic and Structured approach to file management and process documentation Basic understanding (or curiosity) about AI and how training data is used A problem-solving mindset — calm under pressure and resourceful when things don’t go as planned Flexibility and a practical approach to production challenges Personality fit We value people who are curious, pragmatic, and proactive.
