Role Overview: As a technically minded and solution-oriented photographer, your main responsibility will be to assist in creating high-quality product datasets for AI training. This role emphasizes process understanding, consistency, and problem-solving in a studio setting rather than artistic vision. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up and capturing product images in a controlled studio environment - Managing various lighting setups including flashes, softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers - Ensuring uniform image quality, framing, and exposure for large volumes of images - Organizing files, naming, and tagging as part of the dataset workflow - Troubleshooting technical issues related to camera sync, lighting, and color - Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflows and facilitate smooth handovers Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in studio lighting techniques and camera systems - Knowledge of color balance, exposure control, and maintaining image consistency - Experience with software like Lightroom, Capture One, or similar - Systematic and structured approach to file management and process documentation - Basic understanding or curiosity about AI and its application in training data - Strong problem-solving skills, being calm under pressure, and resourceful in unexpected situations - Flexibility and a practical approach to handling production challenges Additional Company Details: The company values individuals who are curious, pragmatic, and proactive.
