Studio Coordinator – Advertising Firm(Female Only)

Location: Sector 44 Chandigarh
Experience: 1–4 years in studio coordination, advertising, or creative production

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to manage the day-to-day workflow of our creative studio. The role involves coordinating between designers, copywriters, account managers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, track, and manage creative projects from briefing to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and deadlines are met.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and vendors for approvals, feedback, and production needs.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage studio files, assets, and archiving.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in a studio, advertising agency, or creative production environment.
• Education: Graduate in Advertising, Media, Communication, or related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of design/production workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
