Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Visa Counselor located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Student Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their visa application process, providing career counseling, and assisting them in preparing required documents for Canada, UK & Europe . Key responsibilities include advising students on education and study abroad opportunities, addressing their inquiries, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and maintaining high-quality customer service throughout the application process. Building strong relationships with students and their families to ensure a seamless and positive experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to understand and guide students effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address student inquiries and ensure a supportive experience.
• Experience or exposure to the Education sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processes and educational opportunities abroad.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with visa applications and compliance requirements is an advantage.
