About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Student Visa Consultant to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience guiding students through end-to-end visa processes across multiple study-abroad destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad options, visa procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Manage end-to-end visa applications for the listed countries.
• Review financials, SOPs, and compliance-related documents before submission.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, embassy/consulate processes, and policy changes.
• Regularly coordinate with students, parents, and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Track applications, maintain records, and follow up on pending cases.
• Provide post-visa guidance on travel, accommodation, and pre-departure.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Student Visa Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of visa filing, documentation, GTE requirements, and embassy guidelines.
• Prior experience handling visas for the mentioned countries is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain student trust throughout the process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
