Qualifications and Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for interactions with students and global partners. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office for efficient schedule management, document handling, and presentations. - Experience in client relationship management to establish strong connections with students and stakeholders. - Strong public speaking skills for delivering informative sessions and workshops. - Familiarity with CRM software for effective student record management and engagement. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in student guidance and documentation processes. - Exceptional written communication skills for crafting emails, reports, and instructional material.
