Job Description

Students Support Executive

  • Handle student queries and complaints through phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain student records and prepare reports using Excel
  • Manage and update Student LMS 
  • Provide academic operations support including coordination with internal teams and faculty
  • Communicate with faculty regarding schedules, sessions, academic updates
  • Ensure smooth execution of online/offline academic sessions

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, reporting, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with faculty and students
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience in Education domain/University/Institution
  • Previous work experience in a university, college, or educational institution is desirable
