Student Section Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for organizing and handling admissions, managing admission processes, facilitating scholarship applications, distributing student identity cards, handling student leaving and migration certificates, maintaining essential student documents, keeping track of semester marksheets, arranging concessions, posting informational notices, maintaining records in compliance with regulatory bodies, providing information on hostel facilities, and addressing inquiries related to canteen, health center, transportation, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and handle admissions, including provisional admission data. - Manage admission processes for each academic year. - Facilitate various scholarship applications and related tasks. - Distribute and manage student identity cards. - Handle student leaving and migration certificates. - Maintain records of essential student documents such as character certificates. - Keep track of semester marksheets. - Arrange railway/bus concessions for eligible students. - Post informational notices for students and ensure follow-up. - Maintain records and files in accordance with regulatory bodies" requirements. - Provide information on hostel facilities, fees, and liaise with wardens. - Address inquiries regarding canteen, mess, entertainment options, health center services, transportation/bus services, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline with at least two years" experience in the office of a university/educational institute. - Experience of working on ERP preferred. Skills Required: - Basic digital communication skills. - Proficient in Excel. - Good written and spoken English communication.,
