Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Student Housing Expert. The primary responsibilities include assisting students in finding verified accommodation options near top universities, managing relationships with property providers, and ensuring a seamless booking process. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, guiding students through the housing selection and booking stages, and maintaining client satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with other team members and partners to expand housing options and ensure top-notch services for students.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client handling skills
• Ability to manage relationships with property providers, consultants, and institutions
• Proficiency in organizing housing searches, accommodation matching, and logistical support
• Customer service experience and problem-solving skills are highly desirable
• Familiarity with student accommodation platforms and global study destinations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and empathy in addressing student concerns
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant fields is preferred
