Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Student Housing Associate. The chosen candidate will assist students in finding and securing suitable accommodations near their universities, manage property listings, and collaborate with housing providers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities will include case management, providing support for social housing inquiries, and helping maintain the company’s reputation for creating exceptional experiences for international students. The role also involves addressing students’ needs, resolving housing-related inquiries, and ensuring adherence to Admistay’s student-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Case Management and providing Social Services to help offer seamless student support
• Familiarity with Social Housing and Affordable Housing concepts and processes
• Proficiency in Property Management and managing relationships with housing providers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage a fast-paced environment efficiently
• A background in social work, property management, or related fields is advantageous
• Customer service experience and cross-cultural communication skills are beneficial
