Student Development Manager - Head Office (Female Only)

As a Placement Coordinator in our organization, your primary role will be to monitor the parameters and the development matrix for students aiming to secure placements in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service Industry. This involves categorizing students based on defined parameters and creating individual improvement plans for each student. Documenting the development of each student and periodically informing their progress and areas of concern to parents or guardians is a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Categorize students according to defined parameters - Create personalized improvement plans for each student - Document the development progress of each student - Provide periodic updates on students" development and areas of concern to parents/guardians - Collaborate with respective centers to ensure successful execution of the development process - Communicate student-wise action plans to faculty members directly or through relevant channels - Organize training and briefing events for Frankfinn Centre staff/faculty on effective practices - Coordinate with corporate services, external faculty, and industry speakers for seminars on best practices in English communication, personality development, grooming, and other curriculum modules Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Prior experience in student development or related fields is preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, please note that our company values continuous learning and growth opportunities for all employees.,
