Student Development Manager

As a Placement Coordinator at our company, your main role will involve monitoring the parameters and development matrix for students aiming for placements in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service Industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Categorising students based on defined parameters. - Creating improvement plans tailored to each student. - Documenting the development of each student. - Providing regular updates to parents/guardians on the students' development and areas of concern. - Collaborating with the respective centres to ensure the effective implementation of the student development process according to the defined parameters. - Ensuring that the action plan for each student is shared with all faculty members either directly or through designated channels. - Organising training and briefing sessions for the Frankfinn Centre staff and faculty on best practices. - Coordinating with corporate services, external faculty, and industry speakers for seminars focusing on the best practices in English communication, personality development, grooming, and other curriculum modules.
