Student Development Manager

You will be responsible for monitoring the parameters and the development matrix for students in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service Industry to ensure successful placements. This includes categorizing students based on defined parameters, creating improvement plans for each student, and documenting their development progress. It will be your duty to inform students about their development and areas of concern to their Parents/Guardians periodically. Working closely with the respective centers, you will oversee the execution of the defined process for student development as per the specified parameters. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the student-wise action plan is effectively communicated to all faculty either directly or through the Center/Territory/Regional Delivery and Placement Head/Authority. Organizing training and briefing events for Frankfinn Centre staff/Faculty on good and successful practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Corporate Services/External Faculty/Speakers from the Industry to conduct seminars on best practices related to training and development in English Communication, Personality development, Grooming, and other center curriculum/modules.,
