Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students, assisting them with their academic and career choices, and helping them through the application and enrollment process. The counselor will offer personalized counseling sessions, support students with their queries, and maintain good communication with both students and academic institutions.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Background in Education
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in academic consultancy or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
