Student Counselor - Overseas Education

As a Student Counselor at Leadz Study Abroad in Trivandrum, your role will involve guiding students on overseas education opportunities, assisting them with admission and visa processes, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a good understanding of various international education systems, will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students on study abroad options and career pathways - Assist with university applications and admission procedures - Guide students through visa processes and documentation - Maintain regular communication with students and provide follow-up support - Deliver excellent customer service and build strong student relationships - Stay updated on global education trends, courses, and destination requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field - 1 to 3 years of experience in education counseling - Knowledge of international study destinations and university options - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver student-focused guidance - Customer service and organizational skills Please note that the job is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, a day shift schedule, and a performance bonus.
