Role Overview: Leadz Study Abroad is seeking a Student Counselor for a full-time, on-site position in Quilon. As a Student Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized counseling to students, guiding them in their academic and career choices, and facilitating the study abroad application process. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to student queries, collaborating with educational institutions, and ensuring a seamless application procedure. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized student counseling and career guidance - Assist students in selecting appropriate academic pathways - Offer advice on study abroad opportunities - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions - Respond to student inquiries and provide relevant information - Coordinate with educational institutions for student placements - Ensure a smooth application process for study abroad programs Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Knowledge of education systems and study abroad programs - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with students - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field - Experience in the education counseling industry is a plus - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
