Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Lucknow. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to students regarding their education and career paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with career planning, and addressing any academic or personal concerns the students may have. The Counselor will also play an integral role in enhancing the overall student experience through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Background in Education
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience in a counseling role is a plus
