About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Student Counselors to join our growing counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed academic decisions, promote our educational programs, and drive enrolments that contribute to the overall growth of Xylem Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls.
• Understand each student’s educational background, goals, and aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• Present and promote Xylem Learning’s courses with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about program details, offers, and updates.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve conversion strategies, lead quality, and the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrolment or sales targets is an advantage.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Adaptable and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; English communication skills are desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
