Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor Study Abroad based in Kochi. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing counseling to students on study abroad options, assisting with career counseling, guiding through application processes, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves effective communication with students, parents, and educational institutions to facilitate successful placements.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Minimum 3 Experience in the educational consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
