We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Student Counselor to join our educational team. The responsibilities of the Student Counselor include supporting developing and monitoring counseling support programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 0-5+ years of Experience as students Counselor.
· Bachelor's or associate's degree in counseling /Master's degree in counseling may be advantageous.
· Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with teachers, students and parents.
· Assisting with conflict mediation and resolution between students, students and teachers, or parents and teachers to ensure students' goals are not disrupted.
· Proven experience in counseling or advising students.
· Ability to assess students' needs, and provide guidance
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate student records and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
