Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation, follow-ups, or surveys.
• Handle inbound queries and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Explain services or solutions offered by the KPO clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
• Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with call outcomes.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales/technical teams.

Front Office Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, or candidates at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails.
• Maintain and manage office supplies and stationery stock.
• Assist HR or Admin departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, or interview coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors preferred).
• 13 years of experience in a telecalling or front desk role, preferably in an Education related service-based company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is often essential; Regional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, basic Excel, email tools, and CRM software.
• Positive attitude, multitasking ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a client-facing or outbound calling role.
• Experience with KPOs or Education consulting firms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
