Job Description – Telecaller / Student Counselor Responsibilities: Conduct tele-calling and counseling sessions for students via phone and office appointments. Generate leads, follow up, and ensure successful admission conversions. Advise students on suitable courses based on their academic interests. Manage inbound and outbound calls for admission-related queries (database provided). Submit daily task reports and updates to senior management. Participate in college visits, seminars, and workshops as required. Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills. Target-driven with the ability to handle student inquiries effectively. Smart, proactive, and capable of achieving admission goals.
