Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Counsellor to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and counselling prospective students who have shown interest in pursuing their higher education abroad, specifically focusing on our partner universities in Georgia: SEU, Avicenna University, and East West University. The counsellor will provide comprehensive information, address student queries, and facilitate the admissions process effectively. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact and counsel prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad. Clearly explain detailed information about our partner universities in Georgia (SRU, Avicenna University, and East West University) and their programs. Assist students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrolment. Follow up regularly with interested students and parents to ensure smooth progression of applications. Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions and statuses within the CRM. Coordinate with university representatives and internal team members for timely and efficient admissions. Conduct counselling sessions over the phone, via video calls, and face-to-face meetings. Participate actively in student recruitment events, webinars, seminars, and workshops. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or counselling background preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or similar roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and local languages. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents. Knowledge of international education systems, specifically universities in Georgia, would be advantageous. Skilled in MS Office suite and CRM software. Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Empathetic listener with strong counselling skills. Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
