Referral Generation & Campaign Execution Drive referrals through 4 core channels: AE (African Edoofian) referrals: 4 per student during Launchpad. Facebook cold leads revival via student projects. Outreach from Launchpad Graduates (0.5 referral/month). School lead generation via principal calls (3 daily). Follow-Up & Relationship Management Continue connecting with graduates every 30 days for 6 months post-graduation to collect feedback and referrals. Identify and nurture 1 top-performing graduate monthly as a Student Ambassador . Campaign Coordination Distribute and monitor Facebook cold leads to students in Week 2. Track referral forms and follow-ups with AE students. Ensure CRM and tracker hygiene across all engagement activities. Daily Operations Share day plan and day-end report. Clear pending chats and update referral/class/task sheets. Schedule and manage 5 class slots and principal calls.
