About the Role:

Student Care Executive


Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle student queries (in-person, call & email) professionally and promptly
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, batches, schedules, and study resources
  • Assist students with admissions, registrations, and class-related support
  • Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with faculty, admin, and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure a positive and supportive environment for students
  • Address student concerns and escalate issues when necessary


Requirements :

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in student support / counselling / front desk
  • Strong English communication skills

    (spoken & written)
  • Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach
  • Ability to multitask and handle high footfall
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
  • Must be comfortable with an
