Position: Student Admissions Counselor
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum | Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about guiding students and helping them shape a brighter future? If you're someone who thrives on communication, has a flair for counseling, and loves the energy of a goal-driven team, we want you on board!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guide students and parents about academic programs and career paths
• Engage and follow up with potential leads, converting interest into admissions
• Assist with documentation and support throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly admission targets
• Provide ongoing support to students during their onboarding journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Friendly, confident, and motivated personality with a goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills & familiarity with CRM software
• Willingness to work on-site at our Technopark office
